This week we delivered some stressing jack and electric oil pump to Philippines, please look the following, let me introduce our QYC270 mono jack, 200 tons hydraulic stressing jack and electric oil pump.
Firstly, those are 6 set of QYC270 mono jack, it is a specific equipment used for tensioning 12.7mm or 15.24mm single PC strand and single hole prestressed anchor. The tonnage is 27 tons, 200mm stroke.
Secondly, they are 2 sets of YDC2000 stressing jack, we would like to call it tension hydraulic jack or multi-strands tension hollow jack. The tonnage is 200 tons, 200mm stroke. The max number of strands it can tension is 9 strands.
Thirdly, the following is 6 sets of electric oil pump. We will equip a suitable oil pump for each stressing hydraulic jack. For example, QYC270 hydraulic jack could be matched with a 0.75KW electric pump. 200 tons stressing jack could be matched with a 3KW electric pump. We also could change voltage as per customers’ local voltage, single phase or three phase, 220V/380V, 50Hz/60Hz.
